Ive got a few fresh ideas out my ol head... ill try and describe them here and let me know what you think i should do first.
1. A Hard wookd handled Saber with gold ends.. curved with metalic leaves.. has almost the look of an elvan (elf? sp?) sword .. 2. A Hilt carved from a ivory tusk. most of the tusk is still in its form. a handle cavity has been carved in the center. has 2 thin blades. 3. A snake like saber. (not the look of a snake) it has a Half wide U shaped handle textured with snake skin. 2 blades appear at the top which would be simular to snake fangs. the other 2 are very hard to explain.. ill try and get some kind of drawing or screenshots while im making them.. i have them drawn on paper.. but damnit.... NO SCANNER! its packed away while i move to my new apartment. One of the other 2 kinda looks like a standard starwars saber.. bronze metal. padded red handle the other... i dont know how to describe but its one heck of a design... i like this one alot and just may model it before all these others. its definatly a sith type saber which can also easily be doubled to make a very nice looking staff.. its going to be a blackened metal look. but havent decided on its padded handle color.. im thinking red also... or mabey not make it padded at all.. a marble handle perhaps? ok.. enough blabing... ill be home soon to model it.. but what of the 4 i described do guys think would look the best??
hmm, I've got you beat on the snake idea. One of my blade tests were of two snakes wrapped around each other with sabers coming out of their mouths. The others sound great though.
its actually different then that.. its not a snake.. it has a snake skin handle area.. and one u shaped like curve. and 2 metal blades at the tip which would signify a fang like look.
ill probably be doing that one next.. and i think the ivory tusk one after that..
Woohoo!! Day off tommorrow! and i got the house to myself.. look like ill have a good 8 hours of uninterupted saber making time LOL
Ignore my post.. im testing to see if i got my configuration correct that if you post in a forum now.. it will bump it to the top (no more searching for new stuff)
