hey guy's i'm new here and i'm making my first hilt if you've seen the show inuyasha you'll know what i'm trying to make tell me is there any kind of fur effect that i can use for the handguard area? any help would be great thank you

your more then welcome to make one.  however i will let you know its a saber i finished a few days ago and posted to pcgamemods.com :)   i just havent had the time latly to update my site with it..


the fur was the biggest pain in the ass.. i basicly used a cylinder and stretched areas around to make it kinda look spiky.. and then added a fur texture

i downloaded your tetsaiga hilt may i ask why it's only in two handed mode?

good question.. and i have a decent answer too :) 


basicly.. when you make swords..  swinging and rotation are usually VERY crappy.. the sword will usualy never ever swing like you want it to (blade forward) in single stance.. its kinda excusable with the smaller blade swords.. cause you can barly ever tell.. but with large swords like tetsaiga and clouds bustersword.. its horribly noticeable.. actually to give you an example.. it kinda looks like your bonking someone on the head with the side of the sword. LOL


and throwing it is the same.. so .. simple solution.. make it staff.. plus the attack alt attack looks kick ass when you do the spin move..  i did originally have tetsaiga usable in single double and staff... but i removed single and double cause it really looked BAD

im kind of a InuYasha fan, so i like this sword :P
