Hi folks, I'm new here. And no, I'm not stalking Keshire.
Anyhoo, are there any Mac users that can help another? I wanna make spiffy sabers too, I have Photoshop to make images and TextEdit to read .sab files and such (even though .glm looks like gibberish), and currently begging for 3D modeling apps. Here's the thing, what's used to make a .pk3? Renaming a StuffIt/ZipIt archive aren't being recognized in-game.
And no, I don't want to use VirtualPC or any other emulation app. Especially when I have a habit of blowing them up.
Isnt there a zip program simular to winzip that runs on mac?
Not having used a mac in close to 9 years... i cant say i know much about them anymore.. i used to do photoshop with my advertising school... but after i got my degree i kept with the windows environment...
i wouldnt even know where to begin when it comes ot the mac stuff.. but i think some people have modeled sabers with it.. i would reccomend jk3files.com forums.. or even more noteable lucasforums.com..
unless ofcourse there is someone here that knows mac modeling.. then you can slap me on the back of the head and tell my dumbass to shut up LOL
I have no clue but I was telling you to SEARCH. Its the first site that looked promising. All you need is a modeling program that can make md3 or glm files. (if I find anything I'll tell you, I'm a fellow mac user) please post where you found it if you find 1
Nah. I'd rather spend the money on more worthwhile stuff, like metal sculpting and welding classes, so I can make my own replica sabers. Ooo, Spider-Man 2 action figures!
