Is there a saber that can work and do more damage or reach farther in mp on a nonpure or pure server? Or is there a way to alter say, katarn or arbiter to do more damage on a server from the client side? Thanks.

Nope. And why would you? Think about what will happen when people start taking advantage of weak points in the game.
